STEM Concentration
STEM Concentration
TTI’s new MA in Education with a STEM Concentration is a 33-credit master’ through our partner school, Woodmont College.
A degree in STEM will open new pathways for Math, Science and Technology teachers to reach their students and enable them to be successful in these essential subjects. Educators will learn up-to-date instructional methods, be able to assess student outcomes and plan efficiently, and advance in their field both professionally and financially.
The classes are 100% online with both synchronous and asynchronous components. Each class is given by instructors with expertise in that subject, creating a comprehensive yet targeted learning experience.
TTI, by working together with the Jewish Education Project and Agudath Yisroel, has identified federal funding that will pay for all candidates teaching in NYC. Students who fall into this category will be paying a fraction of the full price of this masters. This funding is available in response to the very great need for qualified STEM teachers. These teachers are in high demand and have many job opportunities that usually involve a salary increase.
