Join TTI’s Interior Decorating and Design program and learn the skills necessary to begin working in the interior design industry. Focus on residential and light commercial projects. Learn software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp Pro. Discover design theory, building and construction materials, and business development.
By the end of this program, students will produce a portfolio with both design and technical aspects to show potential employers their level of skills and personal style. In addition, students have the option of taking up to 15 college credits which can be applied to an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
Interior Designers work in a range of areas, including construction firms and design agencies as a residential or commercial space planner, an AutoCAD technician, a sales/showroom consultant or a kitchen and bath planner.
