BCBA® Eligibility Course Sequence

The BCBA® Eligibility Course Sequence meets the coursework requirements for certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA®) for students who already have a master’s degree in a related field. Students with a master’s degree who are interested in becoming a NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst and the BCBA ® should apply for the ABA Advanced Certificate Program.

A behavior analyst implements and evaluates environmental modifications, and arranges stimuli and consequences, to produce socially significant improvements in human behavior using direct observation, measurement, and functional analysis of the relationship between environment and behavior.

Program Details:

  • Individuals who will work outside of the state of New York.
  • 21 credits.
  • 100% online.
  • Students will have met the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the Licensure in Behavior Analysis (LBA) from the State of New York and certification in behavior analysis from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.®
